Laura Greig,
M.A. is a leadership consultant, facilitator, executive coach, and co-founder of Concentrix Solutions Inc, a Vancouver-based leadership development firm. Laura works with organizations and their boards to improve communication, enhance decision making and create more effective interactions with key stakeholders. She has 13 years of experience in leadership and organizational development with local and international clients from a variety of industries, including financial services, biotechnology and the public sector. Laura also teaches in the Executive Education programs at UBC's Sauder School of Business and University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and is certified in Ethical Fitness® and Insights Discovery™. A presenter at several North American conferences, Laura co-chaired the 2003 and 2004 International Executive Coaching Summit.
Wendy Herbert , is recently retired as Superintendent of Schools, SD#64, Gulf Islands, BC. She has 33 years in education, a BA in English and History plus a Masters in Education Administration. Wendy is a member of BCSSA’s Ethical Education Initiative and a part time instructor with the University of Victoria graduate program. She has been a director with BC Principals’ and Vice Principals’ Association and past president of the BC School Superintendents’ Association. Wendy became involved with Ethical Fitness® and IGE in 2003 both within her district and provincially, and has worked directly with IGE founder Rushworth M. Kidder since that time. She is a trained facilitator and presents workshops across BC.
Colin McDougall, is
a certified IGE Ethical Fitness® trainer and a facilitator for the BC School Superintendents’ Association’s (BCSSA’s) Ethics Education Initiative, Colin brings considerable experience to his IGE Canada role. He manages the BCSSA’s Dimension of Practice initiative and Membership Services Program – preparing school administrators for district leadership roles, and providing newly-appointed Superintendents and senior staff with appropriate induction activities. He also teaches at the college level with Vancouver Community College and at the university level in the Masters of Administration program with the University of Phoenix. Previously, Colin served the Vancouver School District for 35 years, eight of these being as an Associate Superintendent of Schools and as the Associate in charge of Human Resources.
Ann Naymie, was trained as an IGE Facilitator in 2002 and coordinates the BCSSA’s Ethics Education Initiative Committed to creating opportunities for people to communicate honestly and effectively in their professional world, Ann has facilitated Ethical Fitness® Seminars and other training events for leaders and educators throughout Western Canada. Recently she has also worked with Royal Roads University, BC Principals and Vice-Principals’ Association, Langara College, Vancouver Film School, Emily Carr Institute, the Justice Institute of BC, and UBC’s School Leadership Centre. In addition to her work in BC’s education sector, Ann has considerable experience with the Hollywood film industry. She is married and has two teenage children.
Wendy Sage-Hayward, co-founder of Concentrix Solutions, Inc., a Vancouver-based leadership development firm, Wendy Sage-Hayward, M.A., has 18 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Her experience includes leading hundreds of workshops and consulting engagements in leadership effectiveness, strategic planning, organizational change, and governance. Wendy teaches in the Executive Education programs at UBC's Sauder School of Business and University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. She is certified in Ethical Fitness™®, Insights Discovery™ and the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i™). Wendy has also been a presenter at several conferences across Canada and in the US, including the 2001 and 2004 International Coaches Federation Conferences. She also co-chaired the 2003 and 2004 International Executive Coaching Summit.
Rick Thomas, a senior consultant with Concentrix Solutions, Inc. – a Vancouver-based leadership development firm – Rick is a human resources development and learning strategist, facilitator, and organizational development consultant with over twelve years of experience working with organizations of between 55 and 3,500 employees. Rick has led various educational and leadership programs, including the creation of the City of Richmond's Corporate University, Canada’s first municipal corporate university. A presenter at several conferences across Canada, the US and in the UK, Rick holds a doctorate in educational leadership with a focus on human resources strategy and leadership and a Masters of adult education. He is certified in Ethical Fitness®, Insights Discovery™, MBTI™ and Situational Leadership II™.
Malcolm S. Weinstein, born in Edmonton, raised in Vancouver, and educated at UBC and the University of Oregon, Mal says he earned his Ph.D. at Oregon in Clinical and Organizational Psychology at about the same time that mankind discovered fire. After several years Malcolm left academia to build a thriving international practice in organizational facilitation and consulting. Since then he has helped local and international clients in education, health care, financial services, professional services, hospitality, and resort development improve teamwork, create strategic plans, and manage conflict. His facilitation style is best described as organized, forceful, humorous, and only mildly intrusive.
