Stacey Huget, building on a varied career, Stacey operated a consulting practice for more than a decade – facilitating dialogue, leading strategic organizational thinking, and undertaking issues-based marketing for large and small businesses, non-profit and industry associations, special interest groups, organized labour, and all three levels of government.

Board of Directors:

Sheila Charneski, retired in January, 2007 after 6 ½ years as President of the Better Business Bureau of Mainland British Columbia, an organization committed to promoting ethics and trust in the marketplace. Prior to the BBB, her career included 11 years as Executive Director of the Girl Guides of Canada, B.C. Council. Ms. Charneski has served on numerous business and community Boards.


Susan Copland, LLB has worked in various capacities in the financial industry since 1994, including the TSX and the Investment Industry Association of Canada. Her primary focus and expertise relates to the development of, and consultation process relating to the regulation of public financial markets. Susan is also on the board of Literacy BC and has assisted other non profit organizations.

Chris Kelly, since August 2003, Chris has served as Superintendent of Schools and Chief Executive Officer for the Vancouver School Board. For the nine years prior to that, he was Superintendent and CEO for the Richmond School Board. Chris holds or has held key board appointments with the United Way, Science World, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Education Association, and the University of British Columbia, among others.

Rushworth M. Kidder is an award-winning former columnist for The Christian Science Monitor; author of Moral Courage, Shared Values for a Troubled World: Conversations with Men and Women of Conscience, and How Good People Make Tough Choices; frequent writer and lecturer on ethics.



Peter Stickler has held positions at Ford Motor Company and Visteon, and is currently vice president of Human Resources at Ballard Power Systems, a world leader in the production of zero-emission fuel cells, where he is responsible for leading the company's global human resources function.
