The Ethical Fitness® Seminar(EFS) will provide you with the skill and confidence to resolve the tough, ethical dilemmas you encounter every day. Thousands of individuals--in corporations, government, schools and the professions--are using the Institute's dynamic decision-making model to improve their effectiveness and to enhance the ethical cultures of their workplaces. We will discover and help you apply shared values for developing what we call Ethical Fitness®. Similar to physical fitness, Ethical Fitness® keeps you in mental and moral shape to recognize and resolve ethical dilemmas. You will leave our seminar equipped to confront the challenges that separate leaders from followers. Be aware, though--this innovative process may radically change your approach to making life's most important decisions.

Learning Objectives
  • To demonstrate that sound ethics is essential for individual and organizational survival
  • To provide practical experience in negotiating shared values
  • To provide language and experience for the analysis of ethical issues
  • To provide practical tools for resolving difficult dilemmas
