Martin L. Taylor

Director, Center for Corporate Ethics

Join us for just the one-day Ethical Fitness%uFFFD Seminar, or if qualified, stay on for the following two-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop.

Our Train-the-Trainer course will give you the tools and the license to facilitate the unique Ethical Fitness® Seminar (EFS) for your colleagues. On the first day, we experience the (prerequisite) Ethical Fitness® Seminar and the following two days we prepare you to lead it.

If you’ve experienced the EFS yourself, you already know that it is interactive and engaging; that it provokes people to consider the role of ethics in their lives, and that it is appropriate for all levels of an organization and accepted globally. The impact of the EFS often continues with people long after the event itself. The EFS gives language and methodology for ethical decision making and aligns the values of the organization with individual values. It is not compliance training and it is not a product of North American and European corporate law. It has been, however, employed for required ethics training in several professional environments and is widely used by our multinational clients.

REGISTER FOR THE $295.00 ETHICAL FITNESS® SEMINAR HERE.

EFS Trainer License Agreement
*We certify and license trainers who are fully capable of leading the Ethical Fitness® Seminar inside their employer’s organization.  We do not certify independent trainers or consultants.
