Reporting to the Director of Global Ethics, the ideal candidate will direct, and ensure the effectiveness of Eaton’s corporate-wide confidential and anonymous reporting program, including handling allegations of ethical, financial, legal or other misconduct reported to the Global Ethics Office and arising with respect to the Company’s worldwide operations.
Ideal candidate will possess a professional degree (JD or MBA) or certification (CPA); significant experience (5+ years) in legal, accounting or compliance and ethics matters, ideally in a global corporate environment with international perspectives, as well as solid investigative skills and experience.
