Position reports directly to Sector Ethics Director and partners with the SSD leadership team. Responsibilities include Ethics program delivery including management of OpenLine cases, coordination with part-time BCOs on case review and closure and program delivery, delivery of compliance and awareness training, C-196 (Conflict of Interest) process, investigations, compliance audits, quarterly case review, communications and trend analysis. AS sector BCOs are responsible for facilitating and fostering an open and trusting workplace environment and ensuring ethical relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, employees, stakeholders and the communities in which the sector and division operate.Position requires a Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience in a related field. Successful candidates for this position must possess a strong understanding and working knowledge of government regulatory complance and laws, proven leadership skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence positive change within the division regarding Ethics and Business Conduct. Understanding of the Space Systems business is preferred. U.S. Government Security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance is required. Security Clearance Required.
