Ethical Fitness® Professional Development Workshop
The Ethical Fitness® Professional Development Workshop will provide educators with the tools and confidence required to resolve tough, values-based dilemmas. Hundreds of people connected to schools — including students, teachers, adjunct personnel, administrators, parents, and community members — are using the Institute's dynamic decision-making model to improve the way they live their lives and do their work.
During the workshop, educators collaborate to discover their shared values and to agree upon what those values should look like in practice. This common ground forms the foundation for developing what we call Ethical Fitness® — which is akin to physical fitness, keeping you in mental and moral shape to recognize and address ethical dilemmas. You will leave the workshop equipped to confront issues that face you every day — and to help your students do the same. This thought process may radically change your future responses to ethical challenges.
