School Climate Survey
The long-term goal of any ethics or character development program is to improve not only the attitudes and behaviors of individuals, but the overall "ethical environment" of the school.
A school climate assessment is one important way to gather baseline data, examine the needs based on this data, and — following program implementation — measure improvements. Our process integrates the Character Education Partnership's climate survey with IGE's unique conceptual framework.
Through interviews, focus groups, and surveys, data is gathered and analyzed by the Institute. Based on these results, we will customize programming to suit your school's or district's needs. Upon its completion, assessments will be repeated to evaluate success and to determine further needs.
