Walking the Talk
Outputs
- Revisits or creates a code of ethics
- Makes the values operational in daily life
- Develops standards for acceptable behavior in administrators, teachers, and students
The purpose of this workshop is to help groups define their code of ethics and explore the behaviors that are expected based on the values from that code. This program is designed for large groups. It is often used for professional development workshops targeting an entire school staff.
Typically a half-day format, this workshop covers (and extends) the first two segments of the Ethical Fitness® Seminar: Moral Awareness and Values Definition.
If your organization is hoping to improve ethical awareness, revise its code of ethics, or start from scratch and build a code, this is the workshop for you.
