As a civil engineer, Graham's initial career was spent on major construction projects in the United Kingdom, and in public and international affairs in Westminster and Brussels. He joined the staff of the Institute in 1994, and was instrumental in growing its international outreach. He has been continuously involved in fund-raising operations, working closely with donors and foundations, large and small. Since 2006, Graham, as Executive Director, has responsibility for the strategic growth and development of the Institute. The Institute provides tools, techniques, and programs that reduce both the risks and costs of ethical lapses by bringing clarity to an organization's ethical values and consistency to its ethical decision-making process. The time for ethics is now!
