Anthony J. Gray to Serve as Panelist at an International Ethics Conference

(Madison, WI) – IGE President and CEO Anthony J. Gray will serve as a panelist as part of the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics (APPE) Twenty-fourth Annual International Conference. The conference will convene at the Hilton Orange County, Costa Mesa Hotel in Costa Mesa, California on February 19 - 22, 2015.

The panel, which is scheduled for the afternoon of February 19, will be facilitated by APPE Executive Director Stuart Yoak. Panelists will share their perspectives and experiences while answering the questions: How do we as Applied Ethics Center Directors raise money? What are good sources for funding this work? Fellow panelists include Kirk Hanson, Executive Director of the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics housed at Santa Clara University (Santa Clara, CA) and Professor Paul Fiorelli, Co-Director of the Cintas Institute for Business Ethics at Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH).

“I am honored to have been asked to serve on this panel. The timing couldn’t be better as one of our major organizational fundraising efforts is drawing to a close at the end of this month,” said Gray. “As only one of a few independent ethics organizations in the industry, I am excited to share IGE’s unique perspectives with my colleagues.”

The panel is expected to draw up to 60 Applied Ethics Center Directors while the full conference is expected to draw hundreds of institutions and over a thousand individuals across all 50 States and18 foreign countries.
