Tim is a partner and trader at Bluefin Trading, LLC, a proprietary trading
firm. In his 11 years in finance, he has garnered experience trading derivatives
on fixed income, energy, and soft commodity products. In addition to his
career and serving on the IGE Board, Tim is a Board member for his neighborhood
association in Connecticut and is also a student in New York University's
part-time MBA program.
Rick Caswell is Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer for
the Power, Controls & Sensing Systems segment. Caswell started his
career at Pricewaterhouse in Hartford. He joined United Technologies in
1993 and has held positions of increasing responsibility across several
finance disciplines at Pratt & Whitney and Pratt & Whitney Canada.
Most recently, he served as Vice President, Finance and CFO at Sikorsky.
Rick is a certified public accountant and received a bachelor's degree
in economics from Alfred University and a master’s degree in accounting
from Syracuse University.
Anthony J. Gray
PRESIDENT AND CEO
Prior to becoming IGE's President and CEO, Anthony served as Global
Compliance Officer at Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. Mr. Gray worked as an associate
attorney at Day Pitney LLP and served as Judicial Intern for Chief Justice
Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Anthony was recently
appointed a Distinguished Scholar at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery,
a trans disciplinary research institute at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Steve Koslow is the newly appointed Compliance Strategy Leader - Insurance
Industry for PricewaterhouseCoopers and the former chief ethics &
compliance officer for CUNA Mutual Group. From 1999 until joining CUNA
Mutual Group in December 2007, Koslow worked as a director in the Governance,
Risk & Compliance area for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in Chicago,
Ill. Previously, he held positions as counsel for MetLife and as an attorney
for law firms in Chicago and Denver. Prior to that, Koslow was a teacher
in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and Monona, Wis.
Koslow earned a bachelor’s degree with honors along with a master’s
degree from the University of Wisconsin. He also holds a Juris Doctor
from the Northwestern University School of Law. Koslow has published articles
in several industry publications and is a frequent speaker at industry
Paul S. McAuliffe
CHAIRMAN, AUDIT COMMITTEE
Paul was formerly Chief Ethics Officer at BD (Becton, Dickinson & Co.),
is Executive Director of the Federal Reserve Employee Benefits System,
where he oversees employee benefits and related compensation programs
for 21,000 employees and 24,000 retirees of the Federal Reserve System.
Marc is a 30-year veteran of United Technologies' Sikorsky Aircraft
Corporation, where his leadership was instrumental in advancing its reputation
for integrity and customer support across a global customer base. Marc
also served as mentor to IGE CEO, Anthony J. Gray, while Gray managed
Sikorsky's global ethics and compliance program. Since retiring from
Sikorsky, Marc is now a partner in the development of High Cove, a N.C.
community dedicated to the principles of life-long learning and sustainable
Alvin A. Smith
Alvin is president of AA Smith & Associates, a New York based management
consulting firm. Alvin is nationally known for his twenty years of leadership
at Avon Products where he was instrumental in developing leading edge
diversity management strategies. He is a member of the Advisory Council
for the Black Achievers in Industry Council for the Harlem YMCA, a member
of the Advisory Board of Touro College Medical School and is an American
Management Association (AMA) certified trainer.
Anne E.D. Kidder
Anne Elizabeth Kidder co-founded the Institute for Global Ethics with Rush
Kidder and Kay Fanning in 1990 and also served as a Board member at the
Institute for many years. Married to Rush Kidder, they raised two daughters.
Anne is a former academic counselor with a long career of ministerial
work, writing, child-raising, and volunteer leadership activities for
community, church, arts, and environmental nonprofits. She is still active
in the ministry of her church.
Deborah S. Steckler
CHAIRMAN, FINANCE COMMITTEE
Deborah is a former Associate Staff for the Appropriations Committee of
the U.S. House of Representatives and currently serves on the Board of
the Long Ridge School in Connecticut as well as the Board of Creative
Connections, a non-profit international cultural exchange organization
founded and headed by her husband, Alan.
Ellen (Randy) Williams
Ellen is Managing Director of Redmond, Williams & Associates, LLC,
a firm that assists clients in the corporate, non-profit, academic, and
governmental sectors with developing processes for risk mitigation, ethics,
asset protection, and governance. Prior to RWA, Randy was with American
Express for 24 years, most recently as their global Corporate Ombudsperson.
